B.T.& A. Construction Company was founded in 1952, with the purchase of two apartment buildings. Shortly thereafter, B.T.& A. began building single-family homes and eventually built their first multi-unit project in 1961. To date, B.T.& A. has constructed 29 apartment communities and manages a total of 2,150 spacious apartments. B.T.& A. believes that quality is built from the ground up. B.T.& A. Construction Company constructed all but three of the properties currently owned and operated. The buildings were constructed using the highest quality materials because they were built to last. To further evidence our commitment to quality, all of our communities are staffed with experienced caretakers and managers. Our skilled maintenance team is available 24/7/365 to address any service need. Our corporate office is located in South Minneapolis, centrally located between all of our properties. Caretakers, managers, maintenance and corporate staff work together with the owners to define our company structure. We take great pride in our organization and strive to uphold our standards of excellence through dedication and teamwork.
